NMIXX Historically Sold-Out Hong Kong Concert at Taipei Dome
NMIXX is making another big, big wave across Asia with their record-breaking performances and growing global presence.
On April 26, SQU4D’s girl group performed spectacularly at the AsiaWorld–Expo in Hong Kong. The girl group managed a 20-show tour that spans 12 regions for their second concert tour, ‘NMIXX 2ND FAN CONCERT ‘NMIXX CHANGE UP: MIXX LAB’. The completely sold-out tour draws a sea of NSWER who lit up the venue with star-shaped LED bracelets.
NMIXX performed a dynamic setlist that included fan favorites like ‘Run For Roses’, ‘Young, Dumb, Stupid’, and ‘See that?’. Each member can’t help but express their gratitude to their supporting fans. The girls once said during their concert, “We gained so much energy from your passionate cheers throughout the show. Seeing the entire venue glowing like a sea of yellow stars is a moment we’ll never forget. Thank you.”
Of course, the momentum of the 6-membered group didn’t stop there. Just a day later, on April 27, NMIXX made history by becoming the first K-pop girl group to participate in a ceremonial first pitch at the Taipei Dome. Their appearance occurred during a local professional baseball game. It is where they pitched, batted, and took over the field with a celebratory performance.
Fans were treated to high-energy renditions of ‘KNOW ABOUT ME’, ‘Love Me Like This’, and ‘DASH’. The performance drew a massive crowd, many of whom stayed long after the game to see NMIXX in action. Their fan service is top-notch, proving their immense popularity in Taiwan.
Looking ahead, NMIXX is set to perform at the 2025 iHeartRadio Wango Tango festival on May 10 at Huntington City Beach in California. Their inclusion in the star-studded lineup shows their expanding reach beyond Asia and into the global music scene.
