Comelec urges overseas voters to enroll for 2025 internet voting before May 7

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has announced that overseas Filipinos intending to participate in the 2025 Philippine National Elections via Internet voting must complete their device enrollment by May 7, 2025. This pre-enrollment process is essential to verify voter identities and ensure secure access to the Online Voting and Counting System (OVCS) during the overseas voting period from April 13 to May 12, 2025. ​

To enroll, registered overseas voters should visit the official Comelec enrollment portal at https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll. It’s crucial to use this official link to avoid fraudulent websites. Only those who have completed this enrollment can vote online; no physical ballots will be mailed. ​

This initiative marks the first time Comelec has implemented internet voting for overseas Filipinos, making the electoral process more accessible and efficient.
