UPCAT 2025 Results Are Officially Out Now

As of today (April 22), the university has officially released the results of the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) for Academic Year 2025–2026. Aspiring scholars who took the exam can now view the UPCAT 2025 results online via the official UP portal at https://upcat2025results.up.edu.ph. To ensure smooth access, the University of the Philippines (UP) has implemented a staggered schedule based on the first letter of the applicant’s last name:

A–F: 8:00 a.m. – 10:59 a.m.
G–M: 11:00 a.m. – 1:59 p.m.
N–S: 2:00 p.m. – 4:59 p.m.
T–Z: 5:00 p.m. – 7:59 p.m.
A–Z (Open for All): 8:00 p.m. onwards

To view their UPCAT result, applicants must log in using the same username and password they used when they submitted their application. The university reminds everyone to keep these login credentials secure and avoid sharing them.

Successful UPCAT 2025 examinees will receive admission offers from UP. These offers come with essential instructions regarding the following steps, including campus-specific registration guidelines. To secure their slot, successful applicants must respond to the admission offer no later than May 31, 2025. UP advises all qualified students to read the instructions on the portal carefully and follow the specific requirements of the campus where they were admitted.

For those who did not qualify, the portal provides access to the applicant’s University Predicted Grade (UPG). This score is computed based on a combination of the student’s academic performance in high school and their UPCAT test results. Although not receiving an admission offer may be disappointing, there are still possible pathways.

Specific UP campuses may allow appeals, depending on the availability of slots and the applicant’s UPG. For example, UP Manila may consider appeals from students with a UPG of 2.580 or higher, though each campus has its own criteria and appeal processes.
